The lower corrugations of 1.25″ Corrugated make it primarily a wall panel – though it has been chosen on roofs with special consideration. 1.25″ Corrugated is most popular in non-painted Galvalume or Galvanized finish, though painted finishes are available.
Design & Size
We provide 1.25″ Corrugated cut to the inch per specification. 1.25″ Corrugated design features 1/4″ high ribs, spaced 1.25″ on center. To attain 24″ width coverage, lap 1-2 corrugations depending on the manufacturing plant.

Warranty & Finish
Unpainted Galvalume carries a 25 year warranty and is a 45% zinc and 55% aluminum coating with a clear acrylic overcoat. Some plants also provide unpainted galvanized which carries no warranty and is a zinc coating. Painted carries a 40 year paint warranty and 30 year fade/chalk warranty and has primer and Galvalume under the paint. Some plants cannot provide 1.25″ Corrugated in painted.

1.25″ Corrugated is flexible enough to handle moderate curvatures – its lower profile ribs are decorative but still strong.
Common uses for 1.25″ Corrugated include interior walls, ceilings, and siding. Because of the low ribs, 1.25″ Corrugated is primarily decorative if used on roofs. Galvalume, galvanized, and painted finishes completely change the look and style of a project.
