Decra Villa stone coated metal tile roofing is in a class all to itself. A unique hidden fastened design and proven performance merge in a durable walkable roof system. Decra Villa features a vented airspace that insulates to reduce utility costs and 26 gauge steel to handle hurricane winds.

We provide Decra Villa by the roofing square (100 square feet). Each shingle is 17″ high by 44.25″ wide and covers 14.5″ high x 39.5″ wide once installed. To cover one square requires 25.2 Villa panels.

Warranty & Finish
Decra Villa carries a lifetime limited warranty – review the warranty sheet for details. The finish is a ceramic coated stone granule protected by a clear overglaze. This granule finish is installed over a basecoat, acrylic primer, and Aluminum-Zinc alloy coated steel.

Purpose & Use
An interlocking design and hidden panel fasteners make Decra Villa a great choice for roofs as low as 3:12. Decra Villa is designed for installation on solid deck applications.
Decra Villa is most often chosen for residential applications but also functions at a high level for light commercial and church applications as well.
Villa is Florida and Miami-Dade Hurricane Zone approved as well as passing both Texas Windstorm and UL90 wind uplift testing.
