Decra Shingle XD stone coated metal shingles look so like heavy weight architectural shingles you may not discern the difference. A permanent metal roofing system, Decra Shingle XD features a vented airspace that insulates to reduce utility costs.
Design & Size
We provide Decra Shingle XD by the roofing square (100 square feet). Each shingle is 14.125″ high by 52.375″ wide and covers 12.25″ high x 49.5″ wide once installed. To cover one square requires 23.8 Shingle XD panels.

Warranty & Finish
Decra Shingle XD carries a lifetime limited warranty – review the warranty sheet for details. The finish is a ceramic coated stone granule protected by a clear overglaze. This granule finish is installed over a basecoat, acrylic primer, and Aluminum-Zinc alloy coated steel.

Purpose & Use
An interlocking design and hidden fasteners make Decra Shingle XD a great choice for roofs as low as 4:12. Decra Shingle XD is designed for installation on solid deck applications.
Decra Shingle XD is most often chosen for residential applications but also functions at a high level for light commercial and church applications as well.
A high tensile steel core allows Decra Shingle XD to easily handle the high winds in Florida. (not approved for HVHZ / High Velocity Hurricane Zones).
