Tell me about one customer’s experience you’ll never forget?
I had this one customer come into the store to purchase a roof. She did not have a clue on what she needed for the roof. I walked her through each step and referred a contractor to install the roof. After her roof was installed she came back with pictures and was expressing how thankful she was for the help on the process and she will tell everyone about Best Buy Metals and the customer service experience she received. She also said if she builds anything else this is the place she will come back too.
