Titan-Loc 100 is a charming standing seam roof system with 1″ high ribs at 16″ apart. A hidden fastening flange allows fast installation and locks out wind and water. Titan-Loc 100 is our most popular standing seam design. We manufacture Titan-Loc 100 on-site or in-facility.
Design & Size
We provide Titan-Loc 100 custom cut to the inch per specifications. Any length is available from 3′ up to 45′. Titan-Loc 100’s design features 1″ high snap-lock style ribs, spaced 16″ on center. 12″ wide panels are available at some locations. Thickness options include 26 and 24 gauge.

Warranty & Finish
Painted Titan-Loc 100 carries a 50-year paint warranty, 50-year substrate warranty, and 30-year fade/chalk warranty and has primer and Galvalume substrate under the paint. Unpainted Galvalume carries a 45-year warranty and is a 45% zinc and 55% aluminum coating with a clear acrylic overcoat.

Titan-Loc 100 is a versatile all-around standing seam metal roof system. It blends with almost any architecture with incredible strength and a life-time duration.
Titan-Loc 100 is designed to be installed over solid decking – for open frame installations consider Snap Seam as an alternate.
Titan-Loc 100 standing seam is most chosen for residential and light commercial roofs, though it blends in well in most architectural design.
